Refund policy
.We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Once received, we will inspect it to ensure that it has not been worn, damaged, and or to confirm the reason for the need to be exchanged. Once the item has passed inspection, we will restock the watch and issue you a refund minus the 6% fee which was charged by Paypal/Shopify payment plus a 5% restocking fee.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@seltenwatch.com. If your return is accepted, you would have to send it back to us with a registered courier/postal service. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If the order is returned to us because of failed delivery/failure of the customs clearance procedure. The customer will bear the incurred costs.
Cancellation
If you submit the cancellation within 24 hours of your purchase, the canceled stock products will be subject to an 6% fee (cancellation fee + Paypal/Shopify payment fee)

Pre-order
A pre-order is an order placed for an item that has not yet been released/restocked, however, an allocation for stock is available for purchase. It is the customers' responsibility to read and understand this information before proceeding to place a pre-order.
Please note that we have no control over when a pre-ordered item arrives, but instead offer estimates.
Anything with a later ship date or release date is considered a pre-order. The remaining payment, if there's any, will be requested in full 7 days before the item shipping. If for any reason our suppliers are unable to fill the pre-order you will be given a full refund of the purchase.
Orders, where payment has not been received after 3 months from the initial invoice/payment request date, will be automatically canceled. Please ensure you maintain contact with us to avoid any cancellations if you require more time to pay.
If you wish to cancel the pre-order item before our estimated shipment date, 10% of the item price will be deducted from your order. If you want to cancel the order beyond our estimated shipment date, 8% of the item price will be deducted from your order.
