3. Products, Availability & Pricing
Selten makes every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing information displayed on our website are accurate.
Minor differences may occur due to manufacturing updates, photography conditions, display settings, or the handmade nature of our products.
Selten reserves the right to update product information, availability, pricing, and release details when necessary.
While we make every effort to fulfill confirmed orders, Selten reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in exceptional circumstances, including pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, incorrect information, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
4. Pre-orders & Production Timelines
Some Selten timepieces may be offered as pre-orders or made-to-order products.
Estimated delivery dates are provided based on current production schedules and are not guaranteed dates. Delays may occur due to manufacturing processes, quality control, material availability, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers acknowledge that handcrafted watch production requires time and attention to detail in order to meet Selten’s quality standards.
5. Craftsmanship & Natural Variations
Each Selten timepiece is individually crafted and may contain subtle variations resulting from handmade processes, natural materials, finishing techniques, and artisanal craftsmanship.
Variations in areas such as enamel colour, depth, texture, engraving, polishing, finishing, or natural materials are considered part of the unique character of each watch and are not considered manufacturing defects.
6. Warranty
Selten watches are covered by a two (2) year limited warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects only.
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage or misuse
- Scratches, cosmetic damage, or deterioration caused by wear
- Damage caused by improper handling
- Water damage resulting from improper use or failure to maintain water resistance
- Repairs, modifications, or servicing performed by unauthorized third parties
If you believe your watch has a manufacturing defect, please contact Selten for assessment and assistance.
7. Servicing & Water Resistance
Mechanical watches require periodic maintenance to maintain optimal performance. Service intervals may vary depending on usage, environmental conditions, and handling.
Repairs, modifications, or servicing performed by unauthorized third parties may affect warranty coverage.
Water resistance is not a permanent condition and may be affected by aging, wear, impact, servicing, or improper handling. We recommend having water resistance checked periodically, especially after servicing or any event that may affect the integrity of the case.
8. Shipping, Delivery & Import Duties
Shipping and delivery estimates are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Selten is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, local authorities, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Unless otherwise stated, customers are responsible for all import duties, VAT, customs fees, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to watch designs, product concepts, images, photography, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and other creative materials, is owned by Selten or its respective creators.
No part of this website or its content may be reproduced, modified, distributed, copied, resold, or used commercially without prior written permission from Selten.

Selten may provide access to third-party services, tools, or links for convenience.
These services are operated independently by third parties, and Selten does not control or guarantee their availability, performance, content, or terms of use.

Selten strives to provide a reliable website and high-quality products. However, we do not guarantee that our website or services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Selten shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website, services, or products.
Selten may suspend or restrict access to our website or services where we reasonably believe a customer has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or misused our services.
