Shipping Policy
In stock items
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Pre-Order Items
Pre-Order items will be sent once it's ready.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping with a flat rate of $30
US Shipping
For US customers, the shipping method will depend on the tariff situation when the watch is ready. If the tariff rate exceeds 15%, we will either send the parts to the US for local assembly before shipping the completed watch to you, or we are working with our fulfillment center to develop a shipping solution that delivers the watch with Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).
The cost for either option is included in the standard shipping fee of US$75. An additional $50 will be charged for each extra watch.
If the tariff rate is below 15%, we will ship the watch with Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU).
Remote Area Surcharge
If the delivery address is defined as a remote area, there will be a $50 additional fee applied by couriers for shipments.
Alternatively, we can send the order by postal service to avoid this charge.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@seltenwatch.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We don't ship to P.O. Boxes at this moment.
If you have placed an order with a P.O. box address, we will have the right to cancel it and refund it to you(minus 8% shopify + payment processing fee).
